For example, 2 minutes of work followed by 30 seconds of rest and repeat this several times, and you’re doing interval training. Interval training mostly uses the anaerobic lactic system.
There are 3 types of energy systems, Creatine phosphate system, the Anaerobic lactic and the aerobic system, The body uses all energy systems but one takes over more than the other 2.
